PRECAST MARK 3 TYPE TOILET Ventilation Improved Pit (VIP) toilet units and toilet systems.   Concrete Base Slab
  • 5m x 1.5m x 0.05m (in 2 halves) =
  • Mass 120kg per half
  • Reinforced Ref 311 mesh
  • 4 x 8mm studs cast into base
Side Panel          
  • 1.1m long x 605mm high x 35mm thick
  • Mass 48kg
  • 4mm wires with fibres
Back Panel         
  • 850mm long x 605mm high x 35mm thick
  • Mass 37kg
  • 4mm wires with fibres
Top Frame         
  • 6m galvanized channel posts with base plate and locating pins
  • 2 x front post 2 x rear two entry cnr posts
  • IBR roof 0.5mm spot welded to 20 x 20mm angle iron frame
  • Roof and posts fixed with 4 x 8mm bolts/nuts
  • Steel door hinged to left hand front channel post
  • Mass 24kg
